The Shell is one of five cabins at Dancing Dunes, a family-owned property about a block and a half from the Gulf. The cabin has an open-concept layout with a living room, dining nook, and updated full kitchen with granite countertops. A wide covered porch runs along the front and faces a shared grassy courtyard. Dogs are welcome for a small pet fee, and dog bowls are already waiting inside.
Bedrooms
The bedroom holds a queen bed behind a barn door, and the sofa pulls out for two additional guests. One full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the cabin. An in-unit washer and dryer means no hunting for a laundromat on a longer stay.
Outside
The covered front porch opens to a courtyard shared by all five cabins, with room for kids and leashed dogs to roam. A palapa-covered outdoor kitchen area has a grill and outdoor dining space, and there is room for horseshoes and volleyball in the yard. Fast Wi-Fi and central A/C keep things comfortable when you are inside.

Beach Access Point 6 is roughly a 3-minute walk from the front door. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are a short drive or golf-cart ride away. The historic Alister Street shops and dining, including Castaways Seafood and Grill, are a quick ride into the heart of Old Town. Golf carts, e-bikes, kayaks, beach gear, fishing charters, and bonfire setups can all be added directly through the PAVC website when you book.

Inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable; we may offer a credit or a partial refund if the home re-rents, at our discretion. Taxes and pass-through fees are always refunded. No refunds for weather unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued for your dates.
