This 2-bedroom Port Aransas vacation rental sits in a quiet tropical setting with lush landscaping, palm trees, and a fenced yard that gets afternoon shade. The open-concept living and kitchen area is well suited for family gatherings, with a full kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, a kitchen island, and wine glasses for evening meals in. A Smart TV, ceiling fans, and in-unit washer and dryer round out the practical side of a comfortable stay.
Bedrooms
Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a queen-and-twin bunk bed configuration, sleeping up to 8 guests across the home. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom; the second full bathroom is off the kitchen. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.
Outside
The fenced backyard is the social center of the cottage, with a covered outdoor seating area, alfresco dining, a fire pit, and a grill for evening cookouts. An outdoor shower is on hand for rinsing off after the beach. Lizards are a common sight in the tropical landscaping, especially on warm summer afternoons.
The setting
The Ave G beach access is about a 5-minute golf-cart ride away. The Alister Street shops, restaurants, and bars at the heart of Old Town are roughly a 2-minute drive away, with island favorites like Castaways Seafood and Grill close at hand. A golf cart, bookable directly through PAVC on the website, is the easiest way to move between the cottage, Old Town, and the beach. This is also part of the 424 W Ave E cottage complex, where adjacent units can be booked together through an adjoining gate for larger groups needing more space.
