The Rock-n-Roll is a music lover's cabin at Dancing Dunes, a family-owned collection of five cabins about a block and a half from the Gulf. The interior leans into its theme with signed posters, old albums, and Beatles tributes across the walls. An open-concept living and dining area connects to the full kitchen, and the dining table seats six beneath a wall-size portrait. A sitting nook off the main living room adds a quieter corner when the group spreads out.
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleep up to 6. The bedrooms share one full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, alongside fast Wi-Fi throughout the cabin. An in-unit washer and dryer handle the end-of-trip laundry.
Outside
All five cabins open onto a wide covered porch that faces a shared grassy courtyard, giving kids room to move while adults settle in at the outdoor dining area. A gas grill is available for cookouts. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, and dog bowls are stocked in every cabin.

Beach Access Point 6 is roughly a 3-minute walk from the front sidewalk. The Alister Street shops, restaurants, and bars at the heart of Old Town are a short golf-cart ride away. Shorty's Place has anchored the Port Aransas dining scene since 1946 and is worth a stop. Golf carts, e-bikes, kayaks, beach gear, and fishing charters can all be added to your booking directly through the PAVC website.

Inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable; we may offer a credit or a partial refund if the home re-rents, at our discretion. Taxes and pass-through fees are always refunded. No refunds for weather unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued for your dates.
