Full payment is collected at checkout — there's no separate balance due later. For extended stays, group reservations, or corporate bookings, contact us for custom payment options.
You must be 22+ to book a vacation home, 25+ for jeeps, and 18+ for other rentals and activities. The primary renter must be present at check-in and staying for the entire reservation. Government-issued ID may be required.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your receipt, a link to "My Trips," and next steps. If verification is required for your booking, we'll guide you through a quick online process. Final arrival details are provided before check-in.
No deposit is collected and we do not charge a separate damage waiver fee. Instead, we place a temporary authorization hold on your card shortly before arrival (not a charge), which automatically releases after checkout if no issues are found.
Moderate: Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if check-in is at least 14 days away. After 48 hours and up to 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of nightly rate and cleaning fee; taxes and non-recoverable processing costs are refunded as applicable. Within 14 days of check-in: non-refundable. No-shows: non-refundable.
Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available and is charged at $20 per hour. Availability is not guaranteed.

The contracted guest (22+ for vacation homes, 25+ for jeeps, 18+ for all other rentals) must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. If you need alternate arrangements, contact us before arrival.
You may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and vehicle information (make, model, color, license plate). If verification is required, you'll complete it online before arrival.
Each home has a Maximum Occupancy listed on the property page and in your confirmation. Occupancy includes all people on the property at any time (not just overnight). All guests and daytime visitors must be listed on your reservation.
- •Fresh linens: sheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforter/duvet; sleeper sofas include linens
- •Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bathmats (1 set per guest + small buffer)
- •Starter bath amenities: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap
- •Fully equipped kitchen: cookware, utensils, table settings, standard appliances (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker)
- •Starter supplies: two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, sponge
- •Food, spices, condiments, cooking basics
- •Extra trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper (beyond the starter supply)
- •Coffee/filters (if not provided by the home), laundry detergent, beach towels, sunscreen
Yes—see the property page for the number of allowed vehicles. Port Aransas enforces parking rules; trailers, RVs, and street parking may be restricted by city or HOA.
Pets are welcome only in homes labeled "Pet Friendly." A nightly Pet Fee applies as listed on each property page. You're responsible for controlling noise (e.g., barking) and cleanup. Repeated complaints or violations may result in removal or early termination without refund.
Events (such as weddings, receptions, large parties) require written approval in advance and may not be allowed at every home. Unauthorized events or exceeding occupancy can result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Major cards and digital wallets via Stripe. For eligible direct website bookings, you may use Afterpay/Clearpay (buy now, pay later; USD only). Availability can depend on your location and order total.
At checkout during online booking, your card is processed by Stripe using a secure payment portal. If verification is required, we'll process it after payment and finalize your reservation once verification passes.
A one-time Admin fee and Cleaning Fee per vacation rental home booking. Where applicable, a Processing Fee and Pet Fee will apply. State and local Hotel Occupancy Taxes are calculated based on location and shown before you pay.
To keep our homes safe and prevent fraud, certain bookings require identity/guest verification after payment. It's online and usually takes a few minutes. If verification fails or times out, your booking is canceled and fully refunded.
Yes. Free within 48 hours if check-in is 14+ days away; otherwise see the cancellation policy above for amounts and timelines.
