PAVC did not begin with a business plan. It began in the field. Years of hands-on work in cleaning, operations, guest support, and property care made it clear that too many Port Aransas homeowners were being overcharged, underserved, or left in the dark about what was happening in their own homes.

Port A Vacation Company was built as a better alternative: better property care, clearer owner visibility, and a more disciplined operating system behind every home. The way we manage today came from trial and error, firsthand experience, and years spent learning what actually works.

We learned early that when cleaning, inspections, maintenance, pricing, and guest care are all aligned under one accountable team, owners get better results and fewer surprises. That principle still guides everything we do now.
