Beach Access Point 6 is about a 3-minute walk from the front door, reached by a sidewalk that runs straight from the property. Inside, the open-concept living area has a sectional sofa, Smart TV, and a dining nook positioned next to the porch door. The full kitchen is updated with granite countertops and handles everything from a morning coffee to a post-beach fish fry. Beadboard paneling and coastal-themed decor give the cabin its character without overplaying it.
Bedrooms
The bedroom holds a queen bed behind a barn door, and the sofa pulls out to sleep two more, giving the cabin a total capacity of 4. One full bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The in-unit washer and dryer mean a week-long stay stays manageable for couples or a small family.
Outside
A wide covered porch runs along the front of the cabins and faces a shared grassy courtyard, giving kids room to run while adults sit outside. The palapa-covered outdoor kitchen has gas and charcoal grills alongside outdoor dining space, and there is room on the grounds for horseshoes and volleyball. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, and dog bowls are stocked in the cabin.

Dancing Dunes sits about a block and a half from the beach, with groceries, restaurants, and shops a few minutes away by car or golf cart. The Alister Street shops, bars, and island dining, including spots like FINS Grill and Castaways Seafood and Grill, are a short golf-cart ride from the property. Golf carts, beach gear, fishing charters, and more can be added directly through the PAVC website. The neighboring cabins at Dancing Dunes are bookable for larger groups, accommodating up to 28 guests across all five.
