Sage & Sol is a newly built 3-bedroom home positioned squarely in central Old Town, within a 5-minute walk of the restaurants, bars, and shops along historic Alister Street. The main living area sits on the second floor, where an open-concept layout connects the full kitchen, dining table, and living room in one light-filled space. A Nespresso coffee station stocked with a wide variety of pods, a Bluetooth speaker, and branded coozies are ready on arrival. Guests also receive a beach goody bag with coastal essentials for the trip to the water.
Bedrooms
Three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleep up to 10 guests, giving families and multi-group travelers enough bathroom space to move at their own pace. Beds are made up with fresh linens, and room-darkening shades keep early risers from waking the rest of the group.
Outside
The private balcony off the second-floor living area is the home's main outdoor perch for morning coffee or an evening wind-down. The community pool sits directly behind the property, with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Note that the pool is not heated. On-site parking is limited, so guests bringing more than one vehicle should plan accordingly.
The setting
The Alister Street shops, bars, and nightlife anchored by Shorty's Place, a Port Aransas fixture since 1946, are a short walk from the front door. KC's Oyster Shack, a local hotspot for raw bar fans, puts out its sign-up sheet at 3pm and fills fast, so add your name early. Castaways Seafood and Grill and Treasure Island are both within roughly 150 steps of the Old Town core. The beach at Horace Caldwell Pier is about a 17-minute drive.
