Tin Cottage by the Sea is a classic Old Town bungalow built in the early 1940s, sitting in the historic core of Port Aransas within a short walk of Alister Street's restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The full kitchen, a rarity in a property this compact, handles real meals without compromise. A TV and Wi-Fi round out the interior, and on-site parking means one less thing to manage on the island.
Bedrooms
One bedroom with a king bed sleeps 2. One bathroom serves the home. The layout is sized for a couple or solo traveler, keeping the space quiet and private.

The bungalow has a private driveway for parking. The grounds carry the old-island character of the historic Old Town district, with classic cottage architecture that reflects the neighborhood's early fishing-camp roots.
The setting
Beach Access at East Cotter Street is about a 10-minute drive. The Alister Street shops, Shorty's Place (a Port Aransas institution since 1946), and Castaways Seafood and Grill are all within a short walk. For a local hotspot, KC's Oyster Shack is a beloved Old Town raw bar where the sign-up sheet goes out at 3pm and fills fast, so add your name early. Golf carts, beach gear, and fishing charters can be added directly through PAVC on the website.
