We most enjoyed the yard, and the easy access to the main road and Sandfest shuttles. There were some signs of wear (couch is torn, kitchen supplies are broken or scant), but the house overall is nice, quiet and comfortable.

we had an amazing stay. I loved the privacy we had in the front yard. We had nice bbqs and nights to do S'mores. we recommend to get a golf cart. They are so convenient. And Ronald was always helpful and quickly to respond.

Getting to the beach is walkable, but it is about a mile. Yard is a pretty space and would be OK for a small dog -kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

The only thing that created concern was the old smoke smell. The master bathroom was not as clean as other parts of the house.
