The location doesn't get more central than this. Step inside the main floor and you're greeted by bright, open living with natural wood ceilings and walls that give the home a warm, beachy feel. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together, making it easy to cook, gather, and relax as a group. The kitchen comes fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and plenty of prep space for when you're putting together a family dinner or just brewing coffee before heading to the beach.
Bedrooms
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms sit on the main floor, each bath with its own walk-in shower. One bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests. The wraparound covered deck is a highlight- coffee in the hanging chair in the morning, a cool drink in the evening as the sea breeze rolls through.| Downstairs is where Seaflower really flexes. The ground-floor bonus space has its own private entrance, a full bathroom, a full-sized washer and dryer. It's soundproofed from the main floor, so it works equally well as a quiet home office, a kids' hangout, or a reading nook. Think of it as a private bonus room that gives everyone a little breathing room.
Outside
Right outside the flex space, a large covered patio with a full outdoor dining table anchors the ground-level living area. It's shaded, breezy, and built for long dinners after a day at the beach. The charcoal grill is steps away, and there's parking for up to three vehicles.
