The main living space runs the full width of the house: floor-to-ceiling windows offer dreamy views of the ocean beyond the dunes. A dream open kitchen, with an airy dining table in between. Quartz island, blue stone backsplash, brass pendants, full stainless appliance suite, with architectural lighting throughout. The living space holds groups of twelve without feeling crowded; four without feeling oversized.
Bedrooms
Four bedrooms and three baths, will comfortably sleep twelve. The master suite has the king bed with dual vanities & a walk-in shower. The custom bunk room is where the kids will head to first: built-in reading lights at every bed, individual outlets, real mattresses. The well-appointed queen room, and equally cozy dual twin round the sleeping arrangements out, offering space for the extended family.
Outside
The 800-square-foot covered deck wraps around to catch both morning light and sunset. An outdoor shower on the ground level handles the sand before it gets inside. The dune line gives enough privacy that the deck feels secluded even on busy beach days.
