Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking as long as check-in is at least 14 days away, and any time 30 or more days before check-in. From 14 to 29 days before check-in, 50% of the nightly rate and cleaning fee is refunded. Inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable; we may offer a credit or a partial refund if the home re-rents, at our discretion. Taxes and pass-through fees are always refunded. No refunds for weather unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued for your dates.
